Dense ruby core and a lighter rim. Fine nose of plum, cassis, red pepper, some roasted oak and spices. The palate is rather full with a firm backbone, youthful texture with present tannin and high acidity, elegant fruit, red and black currant, some roasted notes and long finish, should get some more ageing to soften.
