Rather deep orange towards amber. A spicy nose, non oxidative with some yeast and lees presence, red berries, quince, honey, floral notes and dry spices. Bone dry palate with medium high tannin (for the style) giving lift and freshness, peppery red berry flavours and a long lingering finish.
