Bright straw colour with a green hue. Pure nose, some flinty notes with ripe apple, pear, lemongrass and some floral notes. The palate has a nice texture, good volume with a bright freshness, fine extract. Fresh ginger and lemongrass flavours with youthful fruit and a long crisp finish with good tension and dryness.
