Youthful, rather pale straw yellow. Clean nose, no oak. Rather earthy mineral notes, with fresh almond, green apple, citrus. Clean palate, very crisp, rather light-bodied, pleasantly bone-dry with a pure acidity, mouthwatering freshness. Long finish. Still a bit unresolved but enjoyable now, particularly with gastronomy, for its purity and freshness.
