Bright young straw colour with a green hue. Aromatic with fresh herbs, lemongrass, lime, dry spices, and white-fleshed fruit. Medium weight ith a slight tannic presence, elevated acidity, crushed apple, fennle, and pepper notes with a long slightly bitter finish.
