Bright young straw colour. Pure nose with some flinty hints, aromatic herbs like mint, sage with liquorice and white fleshed fruit notes. Nice mouth feel, good volume with a fresh sensation from ripe acidity and fine extract, sweet fruit flavours but remaining firmly dry with an attractive spiciness and good length.
