Youthful bright light golden colour. Pure and precise nose with flinty notes, pale stone fruit, ginger and lemongrass. The palate has good weight with fine extract, a salivating acidity, fine layers of yellow fruit and a zesty spiciness with lemongrass notes and a long vibrant finish.
