Hazy/unflitered with an orange hue. Some lees and fermentation notes reminiscent of cider, yet with good layers and tropical fruit, pineapple, litchi, and bold oriental spiciness. Bone dry palate with a combination of acidity and tannin giving an elevated sensation of freshness, nice dry spiciness with sweet fruit flavours yet remaining dry and offering a long finish full of character.
