Domaine La Cavale – La Cavale Blanc – 2020

Bright straw colour with a green hue. Pure nose, flinty with fresh lime, lemongrass and white fleshed fruit. Good purity and tension, a positively restrained and cooler style of southern white with some garrigue and fennel spiciness, bright young fruit and a good degree of freshness with a crisp and lingering finish.
