France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
White wine with a light golden colour, the nose is clean, it’s a rather discrete style, no overt fruitiness, it’s more on the mineral side. Some hints of lemon zest, some grapefruit, some green apple, but pure and fresh. The palate is on the lighter side, classically bone-dry, with a good degree of freshness, medium towards high acidity. It’s a rather discrete style, it doesn’t show any opulent fruit, but rather zesty salivating aftertaste. I suppose a lot of people would call it a gastronomic style for natural seafood etc. It feels rather low on alcohol as well, very digest, salivating and fresh style with discrete fruit, lemony flavors, and rather light towards medium aftertaste.
