France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
Intense core, but much lighter on the rim, indicating a certain evolution, light ruby towards tawny. The nose certainly has some evolution, it has left its primary fruit, now it’s showing more hints of leather, tobacco, dried fruit. The palate is rather on the lighter side, it has sweet fruit, that has got some evolution, starting to dry out a little bit, still a fresh acidity, not a lot of tannin to talk about, some herbal spiciness going on. Fresh and juicy, well-integrated extract, not really noticeable oak. Attractive now with a certain evolution, juicy sweet Southern French Grenache-like fruit to enjoy today.
