Pale straw colour with a green hue. Pure aromas displaying fresh pear, melon, garrigue, fennel and crushed nuts. The palate has both an unctuous texture and fresh backbone, finely tuned with vibrant young fruit a peppery and garrigue like spiciness with good warmth and generosity leading to a long and lingering finish.
