Domaine La Tour Boisee – Carignan – 2015

Medium deep ruby red colour. Quite spicy and meaty nose with tapenade, raw meat and dark berries. Good grip on the palate, concentrated fruit, present but mild tannins, nice spicy layers of liquorice, tapenade and meat, long and dense finish, really good.
