Pale straw yellow. Pure nose, still youthful; some mineral notes, some ripe lemon, fresh pear and some yellow fruit. Classically bone dry palate, nicely austere, with a good grip, good extract. Mouthwatering acidity, really youthful and vibrant acidity, but still it shows quite nice fruitiness as well there, with some yellow stone fruit. Very good persistence, it keeps lingering. It’s medium-weight but it has a rather long finish, finishing off bone-dry with a crisp acidity and once again that salivating freshness.
