Inky dark core with a purple hue. Intense nose, fine toast and oak with layers of ripe dark fruit, pepper and a meaty spiciness. The palate is dense and concentrated but nicely layered with fine spices, well-integrated oak, peppery notes and a long digest finish with an abundance of wild berry fruit.
