Inky almost opaque colour. Sweet aromas of fig, dark plum and dried fruit with liquorice and dry spices. Dense palate, still youthful and restrained with layers of spicy dark fruit, pepper and tobacco, high ripeness and concentration, yet balanced just needing some more time to open. Very good grip and length, drink after 2020.
