Mature ruby red colour. Mature aromas of earth, leather, truffle, wood and dried red fruit. Medium bodied with mature sweet red fruit flavours and some garrigue spiciness, soft and rounded with a fairly long finish. Mature and ready to drink to be served preferably with an herb crusted roast of lamb with truffled white beans.
