Bright, with a light golden colour. Pure nose, with a medium-high intensity. It’s offering some creamy notes almost like fresh butter, patisserie; sweet yellow fruit and vanilla. Palate has a good bite, it’s rather medium weight. It has a rounded acidity, a slight hint of evolution as well. Balanced bitterness almost like grape skin, phenols, bitter lemon giving that lift on the palate. Well-balanced, with juicy fresh fruit. Ripe lemon and grapefruit on the finish. Quite long, persistent and pure.
