Youthful pale, slight hint of green, very light straw colour. Fresh and vibrant nose, rather discrete at first. I would say this rather is on the mineral stony side, there’s some fresh butter in there, almond, nuts, citrus, and a slight hint of stone fruit. Medium weight on the palate, on the light towards medium in terms of volume. It’s an example that has not a very high acidity per se, rather there’s some phenolic presence that adds freshness, so quite mellow acidity. Some zesty flavours of lemon zest, young yellow fruit, some of those almondy notes. No noticeable oak. Medium-long finish.
