Intense dark purple colour. Generous nose offering some balsamic and gamey notes (rather natural or alternative style) with ripe dark fruit, cassis, leather and some wood. Dense palate, high tannin, fresh dark berry notes, still a youthful and restrained style with a gamey spiciness and a rather long finish. Age for a few more years.
