Greece,
Thessalia,
Medium deep colour, ruby-red, slight evolution on the rim. Pure nose combining red and dark fruit. There is mild spiciness, some pepper and vanilla. Quite classic palate here. With a medium weight. Fairly elevated tannin. Fresh high acidity. Fruitiness is a bit more discreet, laid-back, with mostly red fruit, plum. Not a lot of oak present on the palate. Medium towards long finish. There is a good tannic grip that stays on the palate. So aftertaste is quite long. However, I would prefer to put this back in the cellar for a few years due to that tannic, dry sensation we get there.
