Dark core and a purple hue. Generous nose, some new oak and sweet fruit like plum, cherry, ginger and clove notes. Dense palate with high extraction, still a firm tannic bite, high acidity, sweet fruit flavours with some new oak and vanilla with a tight finish. A high extraction needing time to soften, drink from 2023.
