Dense dark core and a ruby rim. Ripe nose showing dark cherry, blackberry, pepper, dried herbs and a gentle smoky note. Rather full palate, youthful texture and a fresh acidity, crushed dark berry and pepper flavours with fine balance and length, still youthful and will benefit from further ageing.
