Bright straw colour with a green hue. Pure and stony nose offering fresh stone fruit : peach, apricot with lemongrass, wild herbs, mint and ginger notes underlined by mild oak. Tremendous grip and freshness combining some more unctuous oak and toast with yellow fruit as well as citrus, lemongrass and fresher notes with a herbal spiciness, good precision a clear stony presence and long lingering finish.
