Bright light golden colour. Pure nose with floral hints, some flinty notes and moderately ripe pear, apple and lime zest. Classically bone dry palate with moderate ripeness of fruit and alcohol, rather fresh than tropical with a bright acidity underneath followed by a long crisp finish. Nicely done in a more restrained style.
