Domaine Sallet Raphael – Clos des Ravieres – 2009

Fairly deep golden colour; quite intense nose of ripe citrus, tropical fruit, butter and vanilla; the palate is combining ripe fruit and high acidity, a hint of bitterness or tannin on the finish, straightforward and generous.
