Domaine William Fevre – Bougros Côte Bouguerots – 2016

Bright straw colour with a green hue. Youthful nose but fine depth and purity, very discreet oak it seems, pale stone fruit, chalky and stony notes with a floral presence, fresh butter and brioche. The palate has an excellent bite with layers of fresh stone fruit paired with fine oak/vanilla/butter yet a present stoniness or minerality with a ripe, unctuous and very long finish. Very well built, still young but high potential indeed.
