Inky dark purple colour. Generous oak and smoky notes with ripe dark fruit, leather and pepper. Dense palate, high extraction with a firm youthful texture, discreet dark fruit, oaky notes, the finish is long but still restrained, an ambitious wine but still young and tight needing time to soften.
