White wine with a very low colour intensity here, a slightly green hue, pale straw colour. Fresh and vibrant nose with some notes of herbs, lemon, lime, a hint of gooseberry; in a rather Sauvignon style I would say. No presence of oak. Well-restrained palate here, there’s a good deal of acidity; well-kept freshness here. It’s rather light in terms of weight, but it’s still showing a certain flavour intensity here with that slightly herbal lime, lemon zest infused white-fleshed fruit like pear. No oak to talk about. Good purity and freshness. Vinified in a modern clean and accessible style with a certain length. Well made.
