Pink colour, medium deep intensity, youthful and almost foamy bubbles. Young and fresh nose displaying hints of ripe pear, some red berry notes, hints of pink grapefruit. Palate is quite light-weight with a youthful and intense acidity. There’s a slightly creamy texture thanks to the bubbles. There’s certainly a presence of red wine in there, or the sensation of it, like red berries. I also get red citrus like pink grape or blood orange, with a zesty medium towards long finish.
