Youthful colour here, slightly blue-purple core. Medium intense. Fresh primary fruit on the nose. No indication of oak, rather dark cherry and plum, with a mild spiciness. Generous palate here, with medium weight. Quite soft and rounded texture here. Plenty of juicy dark cherry and plum, hints of freshly crushed berries, some mild spiciness, some hints of liquorice, clove, orange peel. Good freshness on the finish. Medium length, but really subtle and juicy. A wine to enjoy in its very youth.
