Dark ruby red core but a watery rim, some evolution on the nose, high ripeness, sweet plum, leather, tobacco and some new oak. The palate is dense but still youthful with a tannic presence, sweet fruit and roasted oak, quite long but still with more wood than fruit, needs time.
