Argentina,
Mendoza,
Very youthful colour here, pale with a slight green hue, and youthful, vivid bubbles. Fresh nose, with quite primary fruit. More towards the grapey side with notes of fresh grapes, green apple, lemon-lime some chamomile. Really youthful, primary fruit. Palate has a light body. Medium to high acidity, with the bubbles, are not too marked on the palate. Just a gentle creaminess. There is a slightly phenolic compound as well. Adding a slight touch of bitterness, like crushed green apple, with some lime zest. A fairly light and soft finish. A straight forward style of sparkling wine that should be drunk as young as possible quite chilled, in my mind.
