France,
Loire Valley,
Youthful and pale colour, with a light straw nuance, slight green hue. Fresh nose. Quite aromatic with hints of fresh herbs, lemon, lime, fresh pear and a mineral notion as well. It is classically bone-dry I would say, with a very fresh acidity. Discreet style without oak with an emphasis on that primary fruit, some hints of freshly crushed berries, with gooseberry, lime and lemon zest. Lightweight but quite persistent on the finish. Long lasting. Nice presence of minerality as well. There is a slight chalky minerality on the finish. Very youthful, but attractive for that crispy and youthful fruit with those zesty notes. Another wine I would call a very gastronomic and discreet style.
