Dornier Wines – Cabernet Sauvginon Merlot – 2009

Dark, dense colour; the nose is spicy, smoky and meaty, dark berries and dried meat, reminds me of Pinotage; the palate is concentrated with dark fruit, medium high tannin and a certain complexity - needs some more time to soften, but an interesting wine with plenty of character.
