Dornier Wines – Donatus – 2015

Bright young straw colour with a green hue. Young and discreet nose, good purity, a gentle hint of oak, flinty notes and roasted nuts with ripe lemon and lime. The palate shows medium weight, rather viscous texture, yet with a fresh backbone and good extract, very good length, mouth-watering and intense finish. Still youthful but good depth and potential.
