Still a youthful purple core and lighter rim. Aromatically still on the younger side with primary fruit, ripe dark fruit, cassis, plum, liquorice and mild oak underneath. The palate is still youthful with a rigid tannic backbone, some oak presence, ripe dark fruit but a bit closed, good length and structure, still needing time to open.
