Pale straw colour with a green hue. The nose is aromatic and spicy with wild herbs, lime, lemongrass and crushed apple. The palate is bone dry and crisp with lemon zest, lime, green apple and herbal spiciness. Pure fresh and lingering finish, good grip and character.
