Bright straw colour with a green hue. Pure nose offering white fleshed fruit, lime, citrus, liquorice and stony/flinty notes. The palate is positively light and very crisp with fine flavour intensity, more on the citrusy than fruity side with zesty lemongrass and lime flavours leading to a long and salivating finish.
