Bright light golden colour with a green hue and fine mousseux. Pure nose with some stony/mineral notes, youthful stone fruit, ripe citrus, almond and some floral hints. The palate has good bite, freshness and a salivating sensation, soft creaminess with attractive bright fruit, and a crisp and lingering finish. More on the fruity side yet with some butter/ brioche, adding complexity on the finish, good length and persistency.
