Bright light golden colour with fine, vivid bubbles. Still a rather youthful aromatic expression where predominantly Chardonnay notes dominate, like ripe citrus, lemongrass, chalk, white peach, crushed almond and some buttery pastry notes. Medium weight yet intense flavours, with a mild creaminess and well-preserved acidity. The dosage is on the lower side and a good sense of restraint in the positive sense, with crisp stone fruit and some autolytic creaminess with fresh butter and hazelnut, leading on to a long finish.
