Bright light golden colour with a fine stream of small bubbles. Pure and Chardonnay-driven nose where wet chalk, fresh lemongrass, peach, pear, raspberry and floral notes prevail. Great brightness on the palate with a mouth-watering freshness, detailed spiciness, crisp acidity balanced by a creamy mousse and layers of zesty, aromatic fruit. Bone dry with good definition and length.
