DS Champagne – Blanc de Blancs – 2008

Bright light golden colour with a vivid yet fine mousse. Pure and chalky with layers of pale, barely ripe stone fruit, crushed peach, raspberry, lemon confit, crushed nuts and brioche. The palate nicely combines an approaching maturity and creaminess, yet with a very bright freshness. Elegant and creamy with low dosage, slim structure, good tension and purity with zesty fruit, gently creamy notes and long, vigorous finish.
