Medium deep golden colour with a mellow mousseux. Mature and complex nose blending crushed nuts, fresh butter with ripe stone fruit, candied citrus and pastry notes. Full-bodied palate, well-balanced with low dosage but ripe fruit without oxidation, juicy peach and pear notes with a nutty spiciness, mild mousseux and a long lingering finish.
