Durbanville Hills – Shiraz – 2014

Dark purple ruby. Floral and intense nose with hints of violet, dark berries, smoked meat, clove and pepper. The palate is still youthful and restrained, yet with good stuffing, crushed berry fruit, fresh acidity, still a bit tight tannins and a medium to long finish, still in need of another year of cellaring to soften.
