Light golden colour with finely distributed bubbles. The nose is discreet and elegant, with mature notes, fine spices, patisserie, autumn fruit and apricot. The palate is powerful and lingering with a bright freshness that backs up the ripe fruit, fine creaminess, layers of ripe fruit and a very long spicy finish.
