Medium deep ruby red, pure and elegant nose with floral notes, violet, blackberry, pepper, clove, vanilla and smoke. The palate is dense, still young and restrained with a firm backbone, but lovely purity of fruit, spiciness, quality of tannin and very long, lingering finish, superb potential.
