Dense ruby red core with a tawny rim. The nose is rather marked by wood, vanilla and roasted notes, red and dark berries with some mild spices. Rather full palate, dense and grippy with present but ripe tannin, rather long finish, still needs some time to develop complexity and harmony but should develop well.
