Dark inky purple core. The nose offers new oak, smoke and some gunpowder with dark berry fruit. Dense palate, high extraction, still a tannic presence and some woody notes, otherwise nice cherry fruit and good length, just a bit “raw” and unfinished with protruding wood flavours.
