Argentina,
Cafayate Valley,
Very deep colure here, dark ruby with a slight purple flush. The nose is quite nuanced, with a moderate ripeness. Combining red and dark fruit with plum, red berries. Some sweet spices like clove, orange peel. A hint of quite discreet oak, gently roasted. Good freshness on the palate. It is a wine that has a good weight and density of fruit, but rather towards the medium weight with that fine level of acidity. Well integrated oak. Really juicy and attractive fruit. I like this subtleness, this soft texture, it is rounded with a fine drinkability, really grainy tannin. Good length as well. Juicy on the end, digest. Yeah, I like this one.
